Our iberico bellota ham comes from 50% Iberian pork breed, raised in the Dehesa of Extremadura and have fattened up on acorns for at least 12 weeks in montanera time. Each pig needs 10.000 square metres (one hectare) of the countryside for itself to eat enough acorns. We cure our hams air dried in natural bodegas (cellars) for at least 730 days.
